UNO offers the availability of web page creation to a variety of users: individual faculty or staff members, departments, and university organizations or clubs.

An individual faculty member or staff member can request a personal web page with which to publish information about himself/herself as a member of a department or university unit.  In a similar manner, a specific department can use a departmental web page to promote the offerings and accomplishments of its members.  Similar to a departmental web page, a university organization or club web page is used to publicize its offerings to the university community.

In each case, the content of the web page must be in keeping with general policy and guidelines of university publications.

A page manager is an individual who assumes the responsibility of constructing the design and inserting the contents of the associated web page.  A web page can have one or more page masters.  Furthermore, the list of page managers can be modified from time to time by means of the appropriate request form.

Organizations must complete registration with Student Involvement & Leadership (SIL) before web access will be granted .
