This form generates a request to define a queue for a printer.
Network Development and Lan Support:
1) Reserve the IP address with the new MAC Address within DHCP
and make an entry within DHCP to note the printer location.
2) Create a port on the server, load the driver, make a queue,
set security, and give the queue a name.
3) Use "Reply All" to send the NT queue name to everyone.
4) Note the NT queue name within DHCP.
5) Notify user or add printer to user's machine.
