Accessing a Secondary Mailbox

A secondary mailbox is a mailbox used by a department, organization, or student club.  It is not a mailbox belonging exclusively to a specific individual.

To have access to such a mailbox, the user must be one of the "owners" of that mailbox.  The person who requested the creation of the mailbox has the option of indicating one or more other individuals who can also act as owners.  The list of owners can be expanded or reduced after the secondary mailbox is created.
