Media Productions manages the electronic and compressed video classrooms and provides video-taping and media production services to UNO faculty and staff. Media Productions is also responsible for producing telecourses for the University.

The production facility consists of a 50 seat electronic classroom with manual and remote controlled video cameras plus a fully equipped control room with IBM compatible graphics. Videotaping formats include:

Betacam
SVHS
VHS

Special instructional support features available in the facility include:

overhead video camera
wireless microphones
24 foot dry-erase marker board
full complement of audio/visual equipment
