Media Resources Audio/Visual Request Form

All requests for audio/visual equipment rentals must be submitted by 2:00 pm the day before the equipment is needed. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday for Monday delivery will be subject to review. A decision would be made based upon availability and may result in late or non delivery of equipment. .
